Hands-on involvement during the installation phase to ensure the design is carried out as planned. I act as your advocate on-site, coordinating with contractors and making sure every detail aligns with the agreed vision.
How It Works
Site Analysis
Once we have received approval to move forward with your landscape design, Kanvas will schedule a follow-up visit to your site. During this visit, we will take measurements, conduct a site analysis, & document existing features. We aim to complete this process within two weeks of the initial consultation.
Preliminary Plan
We’ve put together a rough draft outlining how we plan to utilize the space, explore the flow through the area, and identify ideal screening features. Now, we need your input to ensure that we get everything right. Typically, this process takes around 4-6 weeks to complete.
Final Plan
After taking all the feedback from the conceptual plan review, the final plan will be drawn up. This will include all materials, sizes, quantities, & locations needed for a contractor to produce an estimate. Typically this is 2-3 weeks after the preliminary plan. *Many contractors will want to see the site in person for an accurate estimate. Please note, plans do not include irrigation plans, detailed construction or working drawings for site structures or actual construction/installation of project.
